Welcome to my new blog! I’m really glad that you are here!
Some of you might be wondering where my former content and site is and like you I am wondering the same. You see, I woke up today only to find out that my site had been “nuked” a term not used very often in the tech world as it rarely happens. However, it did happen to me and as a result my site files are lost into the great abyss of the web.
I have to admit I was frustrated, stressed, saddened and confused but all-in-all my optimistic nature shined through, admittedly after slaying a few f***bombs and shedding several tears. Ironically, I just looked through every page of my site yesterday from first post to last acknowledging how far I have come with delivering what I believed to be quality content. I was even more impressed by the amount of love and support each post received. Impressed to see the numbers growing especially since I remember starting my blog wondering if anyone will ever read it. Thank you to all who follow and interact on this site, it’s truly a dream come true to be sharing my recipes and inspiration with all of you.
I know everything happens for a reason and I believe the reason for this is for me to bring you all an even better blog. So as I sit here rebuilding Love-Fed I will leave you with the little whisper that spoke to me today as well as a recipe to honor this fresh start and to honor the fresh start of your day.

- 2 mangoes
- 2 navel oranges
- 2 inch piece of ginger
- 1 tbsp protein powder (i use sun warrior vanilla)
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- Garnish with:
- goji berries
- pumpkin seeds
- or anything else you fancy :)
- Blend all of the ingredients together except for the garnishes
- Garnish with our favorite toppings and enjoy
