Say I love you mom, this Mother's Day with these delicious crepes!

Serves: 10 crepes
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup almond milk
- ½ cup Fresh herbs rosemary oregano parsley
- 1 cup All purpose gluten free flour
- 3tbsp Coconut butter (melted)
- 2 flax meal eggs (1 tbsp flax to 3water per egg)
- Blend and set mixture in fridge 1 hour
- Add water to mix if it becomes too thick
- Cook crepes until lightly golden on each side. Brush pan with paint brush and coconut oil between each crepe.
